And WOW what a year it has been! There's so much to say and I only have time for a quick post, but I am so proud of everything that got accomplished this year.

It's easy to feel like what we do might not matter or might go unnoticed, but not this year! So much love to US Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur for letting me read my poem "How to Grow Blue Lupine in a Glass City", a tribute to Susan Reams, at her volunteer appreciation luncheon at the UAW 12 Hall. And thank you to City Councilwoman Dr. Michele Grim for including us in the show of love for the Attic on Adams. Having government officials recognize the efforts of artists makes a HUGE difference and I am endlessly proud to live here in Toledo with so many dedicated and thoughtful people serving our community!
